Getting Started

Creating Your Account

  1. Click on Register in the top navigation bar
  2. Enter your phone number
  3. Create a 5-digit PIN code that you'll use as your password
  4. Optionally enter your name (will be displayed with your phone number's last 3 digits)
  5. Confirm you are 18 or older
  6. Click Create Account
Your display name will automatically be shown with your phone number's last 3 digits (e.g., "YourName_123") for privacy and security.

Logging In

  1. Click Login in the top navigation
  2. Enter your phone number
  3. Enter your 5-digit PIN code
  4. Click Play Now

Buying Bingo Cards

Adding Coins to Your Wallet

  1. Click on Wallet in the top navigation
  2. In the "Deposit Coins" section, enter the amount of coins you want to buy
  3. Click Buy Coins
  4. Complete the payment using your credit card
  5. Your coins will be added to your wallet immediately after payment
Purchased coins will be stored in your "Purchased Balance" and can be used to buy bingo cards and other items.

Purchasing Bingo Cards

  1. From your Wallet page, click Buy Cards, or use the navigation menu
  2. Select how many cards you want to purchase using the + and - buttons
  3. See the total cost in coins
  4. Click Complete Purchase
  5. Your cards will be added to your account and can be viewed in "My Cards"
The more cards you play with, the better your chances of winning! Each card has a unique combination of numbers.

Playing the Game

Starting to Play

  1. After buying cards, click Go to Play or use the navigation menu
  2. You'll see all your active cards in the "My Cards" section
  3. Click on any card to enter the playing screen
  4. The playing screen shows your primary card in the center, with up to 2 other cards on each side

Understanding Your Bingo Card

  • Each card contains 25 squares arranged in a 5×5 grid
  • The columns are labeled B-I-N-G-O
  • Each column contains numbers in a specific range:
    • B: 1-15
    • I: 16-30
    • N: 31-45 (with a free space in the center)
    • G: 46-60
    • O: 61-75
  • The center square is a "FREE" space and is automatically marked

During the Game

  • As balls are drawn in the game, your card will automatically mark matching numbers
  • Marked numbers will show in green
  • You can toggle between your cards using the arrows
  • When you achieve a winning pattern, click the Bingo! button
  • The system will verify your win and award your prize if valid
Each game has a specific winning pattern that is announced at the start. Common patterns include lines (horizontal, vertical, diagonal), four corners, or special shapes.

Watching the Live Draw

How to Watch

  • You can watch the live draw on supported TV screens.
  • Or access the main page after logging in to watch the draw live from there.
The draw screen updates automatically in real-time — no need to refresh!

Winning & Rewards

How to Win

  1. A winning pattern is announced for each game (line, four corners, etc.)
  2. When you think you've matched the pattern, click the Bingo! button
  3. The system will verify your card automatically
  4. If your card matches the winning pattern, you'll receive a confirmation message
  5. You'll be given a position (1st, 2nd, 3rd) based on when you claimed the win

Reward System

  • Rewards are distributed based on your winning position:
    • 1st place: Largest portion of the prize pool (typically 50%)
    • 2nd place: Second largest portion (typically 30%)
    • 3rd place: Smaller portion (typically 20%)
  • Rewards include two types:
    • Coins: Added to your "Earned Balance" (can be withdrawn)
  • Earned Coins from winning can be used for purchases or withdrawn
  • Each game has a maximum number of winners (usually 3)
Coins earned from wins go into your "Earned Balance" and can be withdrawn, unlike purchased coins which can only be spent in the game.

Managing Your Wallet

Understanding Your Balance

  • Your wallet contains three balances:
    • Purchased Balance: Coins you've bought with real money
    • Earned Balance: Coins you've won from games
  • Total Balance = Purchased Balance + Earned Balance
  • You can use either type of coins to buy cards and other items
  • You can only withdraw coins from your Earned Balance

Adding Coins

  1. Go to your Wallet page
  2. Enter the amount of coins you want to purchase
  3. Click Buy Coins
  4. Complete the payment using your credit card
  5. Coins will be added to your Purchased Balance
The minimum purchase amount is $5. The coin rate (cost per coin) may change, so check the current rate before purchasing.

Withdrawing Earned Coins

  1. Go to your Wallet page
  2. Look for the "Withdraw Earned Coins" section (only visible if you have earned coins)
  3. Enter the amount you want to withdraw
  4. Click Withdraw
  5. Follow the instructions to complete the withdrawal
Only coins in your Earned Balance (from winning games) can be withdrawn. Purchased coins can only be used within the game.

Updating Your Profile

Changing Your Display Name

  1. Click on your username in the top navigation or go to Profile in the menu
  2. In the Display Name field, enter your preferred name
  3. Click Update Profile
  4. Your new display name will be shown as "YourName_123" with your phone number's last 3 digits
Your display name is what other players see when you're playing. The last 3 digits of your phone number are always appended for uniqueness.

Changing Your PIN

  1. Go to your Profile page
  2. Click Change PIN
  3. Enter your current PIN
  4. Enter your new 5-digit PIN
  5. Confirm your new PIN
  6. Click Update PIN
For security, choose a PIN that you don't use for other services. Make sure to remember your PIN, as it's required to log in to your account.

Add coins to your wallet, then purchase bingo cards for the upcoming game.

Go to "My Cards" and select a card to join the current live game.

Open the draw screen to see balls being drawn in real-time and learn the winning pattern.

Click the "Bingo!" button when you've completed the pattern to claim your prize.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does each game last?

Each game typically lasts about 3 hours, but the exact duration may vary. You can see the remaining time on the live draw screen.

How many winners can there be in a game?

Most games have 3 winners (1st, 2nd, and 3rd place), but this can vary. The first players to achieve the winning pattern and press the "Bingo!" button will win.

Can I play multiple cards at once?

Yes! You can buy and play multiple cards in the same game. Each card gives you an additional chance to win. Multiple cards are displayed side by side in the play screen.

What happens if multiple people get Bingo at the same time?

The system processes Bingo claims in the order they are received. The first player to click the "Bingo!" button and get verified will be awarded 1st place, the second player 2nd place, and so on.

What is the difference between Purchased and Earned coins?

Purchased coins are bought with real money and can only be used in the game. Earned coins are won from playing and can be withdrawn or used in the game.

What happens to my cards when a game ends?

When a game ends, all active cards become inactive. You will need to purchase new cards for the next game. Your previous cards will be stored in your card history.
